When Atlas Copco turned 150 years, the Group chose to mark the milestone by rebranding itself, by separating Group from the ‘Atlas Copco’ brand. From being recognized as a industrial manufacturer it pivoted to a tech-driven solutions company.

Our role was to ensure that the new brand identity of the Group stays true to a century of credibility while giving the it a modern edge. I was a part of the core team that worked the 150th Anniversary Campaign

Identity Reveal

  • Teaser video, logo animation, and identity reveal video launched across internal and external channels to introduce the rebrand.

Group Motion Guidelines

  • Created the motion design system for the entire Atlas Copco Group. Established animation principles & guidelines, so the identity stayed consistent across divisions and geographies.

Print + AR Activation (India)

  • Conceptualized & executed an ad that was printed across 4 major publications in Pune for the anniversary celebration. On scanning the QR embedded in the ad, it revealed an AR experience highlighting the company's journey and the milestone.

AR Instagram Filter

  • Turned the new logo into a celebratory badge and built an Instagram AR filter for global employee engagement. More than 5,000 employees across geographies used it to mark the milestone, turning it into the Group's biggest employer engagement campaign on Instagram.
